Christ Episcopal Church Ministries

Christ Church is committed to engaging each of our members, and future members, in the ministry of Jesus Christ.  The following describes each of our current areas for ministry.  We invite you to join us in our walk with Christ.

Vestry:  The vestry is the governing body of the church.   The vestry is composed of active members of Christ Church who serve for three years in various capacities.  It does its work through the following ministry teams: Administration, Discipleship, Evangelism, Worship, Outreach and Fellowship.  The vestry is responsible for setting policy and articulating vision as they help the Rector and staff guide the parish in carrying out God's will.  The vestry meets monthly and the ministry teams meet monthly in addition to the vestry meeting.  Contact Rev. Ministry Teams:

Ministry teams are led by an appointed chairperson; other church members are invited to join.  For more information, contact the chairperson for the ministry team.  New ideas are always welcome!

Administration Ministry Team:  This team is responsible for finance, buildings and grounds, and ensuring the necessary resources for all ministries.  Contact Tracy Wietsma for more information.

Outreach Ministry Team:  This team is responsible for proposing and planning all outreach activities, locally, regionally and internationally.  Its mission is to serve others for Christ.  Contact Chip Chamberlain for more details.

Evangelism Ministry Team:  This team is responsible for spreading the word of Jesus Christ and bringing people to know our Lord as Savior.  Its mission is to share the love of Christ.  Contact Kim Carlone for more details.

Worship Ministry Team:  This team is responsible for helping with worship services including, but not limited to, music and choir related services.  Its mission is to help people to praise God.  Contact Alana Seddon for more details.

Fellowship Ministry Team:  This team is responsible for parish life.  Its mission is to support each other in Christ.  Contact Pam Ferrigno for more details.
